Our client is currently looking for a dynamic Social Legal Advisor to take on a new challenging role. The successful candidate will report to our Legal HR & Labour Relations Manager and will be responsible to provide social-legal advice to our internal customers and make sure that everyone complies with social legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver relevant and concrete social-legal advice and support
  • Responsible for the correct execution and implementation of decisions taken
  • The assessment and drafting of social-legal agreements and other documents
  • Creating social-legal awareness among colleagues (so that the possible legal consequences of actions are thought through before making decisions)
  • The administration and management of all social-legal agreements, decisions and other relevant documents

Profiel

  • A Master degree in Law and you have at least 2 years of work experience in employment law / social law (a specialization in Social Law would be considered a strong plus)
  • Approachable, communicative and easy going
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • You work accurately and are stress resistant
  • You speak and write perfectly in Dutch and you have a good level in French
