  • We look for a Service Desk Contractor who has experience in Procurement to Pay processes and at least in SAP tools (Ariba is a strong advantage).
    The assignment combines operational tasks related to Procurement to Pay activities and the improvement of the current way of working to realize quick wins, improve further the quality, reduce sources of inefficiencies, ...

    - You support Procurement Service Desk in their daily activities: introducing goods receipts, changing PO’s…
    - You support the team leader of the Service Desk:
    - Solve structural issues in Ariba/SAP
    - Initiate workload reduction initiatives
    - Improve work quality
    - Identify and realize automation opportunities
Required Responsibilities:
- Improve the ticket handling time
- Reduce the number of tickets
- 80% supplier invoices via Ariba (20% now)
- Write requirements for ticket system for suppliers (does not exist yet)


  • - Higher Technical Education or equivalent through experience
  • - Experience with Customer Service Management is a plus
  • Basic technical knowledge as acquired during higher education
  • Proven experience with procurement processes in SAP is a must. Experience with Ariba is a strong asset

  •  MUST: +/- 4 or 5 years of experience in Procurement to Pay activities.
  • Experience in procurement buying processes, invoice handling,...
  • Experience in SAP Procurement tool (Ariba ideally). Trilingual. Problem solver & Team player.
