- You support Procurement Service Desk in their daily activities: introducing goods receipts, changing PO’s…
- You support the team leader of the Service Desk:
- Solve structural issues in Ariba/SAP
- Initiate workload reduction initiatives
- Improve work quality
- Identify and realize automation opportunities
- Improve the ticket handling time
- Reduce the number of tickets
- 80% supplier invoices via Ariba (20% now)
- Write requirements for ticket system for suppliers (does not exist yet)
- - Higher Technical Education or equivalent through experience
- - Experience with Customer Service Management is a plus
- Basic technical knowledge as acquired during higher education
- Proven experience with procurement processes in SAP is a must. Experience with Ariba is a strong asset
