As a Planning Officer you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our
Planning Department. You are the key person between our customers and our installation
service and you strive for an optimal and efficient planning of interventions at our customers.
Key aspects of your daily work are:
- You manage appointments for installations of our on-board computers
- You draw up tenders for service and installation parts of our products
- You take care of the administrative follow up and invoicing of interventions regarding to
customers and installers
- You monitor the return flow of broken devices
- You answer incoming calls for the Planning Department
- You answer customer’s questions in a clear way
- You will be reporting to the Planning Teamleader


You have an Bachelor-level education
- 3-5 years previous job experience with customer service or sales support
- Truck & transport or telecom experience is an advantage
- Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge
- You have administrative and planning skills
- You are customer-oriented and can handle problems in a diplomatic manner
- You are quick and efficient, stress-resistant
- Organizing and planning is your passion, you like to multitask, are flexible when priorities
- You work towards goals, showing initiative, commitment and perseverance
- A very good knowledge of German, Polish, English is essential
- You are present every day from Monday until Friday (full time), but you are prepared to
be flexible in cooperation with your colleagues, in order to staff our Planning
Department continuously.
