Functie

Voor onze klant in ZAVENTEM zijn wij op zoek naar een OFFICE MANAGER.

As the office manager you are the coworking space’s key figure. You are responsible for managing
day-to day operations.

Main responsibilities:
● Welcoming members and visitors
● Guiding and supporting new members
● Ensuring outstanding customer service
● Sales support in collaboration with Business Manager
● Managing invoicing
● Managing meeting room bookings and preparing meeting rooms
● Handling complaints and resolving member issues in collaboration suppliers and providers (IT, logistics, maintenance…)
● Handling members’ mail (accepting packages, sorting mail…)
● Interacting with members to help create connections and improve services
● Creating a warm and welcoming environment
● Managing community, develop member relationships (by organizing local events, networking opportunities…) and hosting and coordinating member gatherings
● Contributing to continuous improvement of our services and identifying new desired services
