Functie

  • You report to your team leader daily
  • You’re responsible for Incident Management:
  • You do the follow-up of the incident tickets
  • You resolve customer problems
  • You’re part of the 24/7 Oncall
  • You’re responsible for Change Management:
  • You install and replace equipment at the customer site
  • You make changes in the customer configuration upon customer request
  • You document the customer solutions and Escaux Product
  • You’re responsible of rma procedure for testing the internal project such as product activation, process evolution, …
  • You’re open to learn how to provide services to customer in an ITIL environment

Profiel

  • You want to be part of a new revolution in the communication business.
  • You have experience in ICT
  • You are used to work in a Linux environment and have a general interest in Open Source software
  • You speak English, French or Dutch fluently (preferably the 3 languages)
  • You're able to keep up with the no-nonsense mentality of a quick growing company
  • You focus on making a customer happy
  • You’re a true problem solver
  • Knowledge of open standards like SIP and related technology is a plus
  • You’re eager to learn
  • You have good communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
