Functie
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Financial Operations Expert to join their Brussels-based team.
Your responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of financial transaction settlement flows for institutional clients.
Managing and updating pre-funding and collateral positions.
Performing end-of-month reconciliations and validations.
Providing operational support and assistance to financial institutions.
Ensuring the accuracy of processing files and payment instructions.
Collaborating with financial partners and processors to improve operational efficiency.
Participating in process improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
Profiel
Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a financial or treasury environment.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with numbers, payment operations, and reporting.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A genuine interest in the financial sector and/or international card schemes is a plus.
A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
