The world leader in access solutions is seeking a persuasive talent for the role of field service delivery manager.


  • coordinates all field services delivered to the customer, in compliance with the contract and the service commitments
  • is responsible for the service delivery conform the firm service commitments
  • proactively manages the day-to-day relationship with the customer to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • understands, anticipates and influences customer demand for services and ensures that delivery entities are capable to fulfill the demand
  • is responsible about appropriate behaviour and customer orientation of his team
  • is responsible for the customer satisfaction generally
  • assists by escalation for customer issues, escalations and complaints
  • is responsible for Field Service of: Monitoring the quality of the installation and service activities and intervene where necessary; Planning for the Field Service Engineers
  • assists in the planning of the Field Service Engineers


  • Technical education
  • 5 years experience in Service Delivery Management or in an equivalent position
  • Excellent knowledge of state of the art in hardware & software architecture
  • Basic knowledge in economy (Budget, Controlling, Key Performance Indicators)
  • Knowledge of ICT in VMWare environment, data networks and electronic payment
  • Experience in staff leadership (conflict resolution, target agreements with employees, disposition of resources)environment
