As Account Advisor, you are the first point of contact for your customer portfolio. You support the account manager in his/her commercial activities and you are also responsible for the commercial relationship with the fleet manager. You cooperate in a constructive, transparent and positive way with your team.
You are responsible for:
- Answering and solving (operational) questions from our clients: drivers as well as fleet managers.
- Correct and timely execution of numerous fleet management tasks such as data management, contract management and reporting
- Giving advice and developing improvement proposals at the level of operational fleet management
- Maintaining good relationships with our customers by follow-ups and by keeping them satisfied
- Proactive collaboration with the Account Manager so that he or she can optimise the relationship with the customer on a tactical level.
- Achieving your targets and taking initiative to communicate the new deals and updates
- A client-oriented person that values service excellence
- Problem solving and analytical
- Result driven and dedicated
- Team worker
- Persuasive, communicative and fluent in two or more languages
- Previous commercial experience (in-house)
