Your duties as a customer service officer will include:

Your duties as a customer service officer will include:
- You'll respond to incoming phone calls and mails;
- You'll gather the necessary information and check it's accuracy and completeness;
- You'll provide the needed technical support and communicate with the workshops;
- You'll update all the involved parties;
- You'll monitor the agreements;
- You'll follow the contract-related issues up and respect the imposed deadlines.
Profil
As a customer service officer you can recognise yourself in the criteria below:
- Preferably you have gained a first experience in customer service;
- You can easily work with the computer, especially with MS Office;
- You're a social person with strong communication skills;
- You have attention to detail and are stress-resistant;
- You work organised and have great organizational and time management skills;
- If you work the weekend + monday shift, you must speak German/English, Dutch/French/English, or Polish/Dutch/English. If you work the night shift, you must speak German/Dutch/English, while the 3 night shifts require French/Dutch/English or Dutch/English, and the day + occasional saturday shift requires German/English.

De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor een accurate verwerking van de bestellingen die door de Sales buitendienst en klanten worden aangeleverd. De medewerkers van Customer Care zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten-installateurs de juiste producten op de afgesproken tijd en plaats ontvangen.
Je verleent advies aan klanten om de productkeuze te bepalen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orderafhandeling.Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en zorgvuldige verwerking en opvolging van orders.Je beheert klantendossiers op administratief en commercieel vlak. Je bent communicatief sterk.Je adviseert en helpt onze klanten-installateurs en/of eindgebruikers aan de balie en telefonisch. Je rapporteert aan de teamleader van de customer service.
