As a Melting Furnace Operator, you play a crucial role in the melting process. You ensure a smooth supply of raw materials and guarantee high levels of quality and safety.

• You accurately weigh the prescribed quantities of raw materials and load them into the melting furnace.
• You follow the production schedule and program the production sequences for optimal productivity.
• You work according to the standard operating procedures and the instructions of the shift leader.
• You participate in 5S and problem-solving events to optimize the process.
• You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area.
• If necessary, you operate related equipment such as a bulldozer, forklift, and power tools.

Your profile;

• You have industrial experience.
• You are able to work well both independently and as part of a team, even under time pressure.
• You have strong mechanical skills and are comfortable using hand tools. Basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers is a plus.
• You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work.
• You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
• Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures.
• You speak perfect English or French
