For our client in Meer, we are looking for a maintenance technician.
- As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for repairing technical malfunctions in the production machines.
- The issues can be both electrical and mechanical, but the majority are industrial electrical faults. You are responsible for identifying the malfunction and resolving it.
- In addition, you carry out equipment overhauls.
- You ensure that operators and production staff can continue working at all times.
- Preventive and major maintenance tasks are carried out on Saturdays.
- Furthermore, you make suggestions to optimize the process and proactively prevent malfunctions.
Profil
- You hold an A2 diploma in electromechanics or industrial electricity, or equivalent through experience
- You are very proficient in reading electrical diagrams
- You are willing to work in a pig slaughterhouse (you are not required to do any slaughtering yourself, only to maintain the machines)
- You have a good command of Dutch or English
- You are willing to work in a shift system. In addition, you will work on Saturdays and can take a compensatory day off during the week (not on Monday or Friday)
- Knowledge of PLCs and/or I/O configuration (not programming) is a plus
- You are flexible with working hours and can work both independently and in a team
- You are willing to work in varying temperature conditions

Als schrijnwerker vertrek je om 05h30 naar de werven en je plaatst deuren.Deze zijn gemaakt uit brandwerend materiaal en hebben een metalen omlijsting. Daarnaast plaats je als schrijnwerker ook ander binnenschrijnwerk (vb. ramen, kassementen, raamtabeletten, ...)Je doet ook onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan reeds geplaatste deuren.Je bent tot slot verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker ben jij de held van de productievloer: Machines feilloos laten draaien: Je voert zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit en werkt nauw samen met de operatoren om pannes te voorkomen. ⚙️Verbeteringen bedenken: Je voert inspecties en smeerrondes uit, denkt actief mee over technische upgrades en implementeert deze aan de installaties. Onderdelen beheren: Je zorgt dat de juiste wisselstukken altijd klaarliggen en stuurt waar nodig externe onderaannemers aan.

Je spoort elektrische en mechanische defecten op en herstelt ze sneller dan je schaduw.Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en controleert machines op afwijkingen voordat er problemen ontstaan.Je sleutelt aan meet- en regeltechniek, pneumatiek en hydraulica om alles optimaal te laten draaien.Je leest complexe elektrische schema's en monteert onderdelen met de uiterste precisie.
