The Inside Sales Representative works in team with the external sales representative. It is his/her responsibility to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a fixed territory or customer's base. opening new accounts (30%) and extend the assortment portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%) is part of the daily work. Supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst moving the customer to the most efficient sales channel (e.g. online) is very important.  Acts as the responsible sales person to the assigned customers. Administers client data in internal support systems (IT). Making offers with correct price calculations. Booking orders and educate customers to use our E-Shop. Support of the team (External & Internal) with different tasks. Uses, primarily, telesales tools knowledge / skills actively and effectively to manage sales across assigned customers and pushes to cross-sell the sealing assortment. Ensure the proper sales channel assignment of the customers, especially with the aim of digital rate increase, meaning online migration. Knows customer's business environment and goals as well ass customer segment incl. products & applications. Knows competitive environment, key suppliers and buying behavior. Leads Customer Relationship Management, representing our company interests towards the customer, representing customer's requirements. Ensures speedy handling of customer complaints and enquiries. Identifies, manages and successfully conclude sales opportunities by persuading and influencing customers to choose our products and services. Reports periodically with the external sales on his/her sales project portfolio. Responsible for an efficient handling of all occurring sales activities. Work under pressure to get order out on time. Flexibility to multi-task as member of small team. Working together with Internal Sales Team, External Sales, Operation Manager

Voor één van onze klanten in Gijzegem zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een winkelmedewerker.Taken: De kassa bij het begin van de werkdag controleren Opmerkingen van klanten verzamelen (onthaal, prijs, wachttijd, ...) De opmerkingen aan de juiste persoon overmaken (kassaverantwoordelijke, ...)De klant verwelkomen , vragen beantwoorden indien nodig. De verkoop van artikels registreren (lezen van barcodes, prijzen invoeren, ...)Betalingen ontvangenDiefstalbeveiliging van artikels verwijderen of deactiverenDe klant informeren over de diensten bij verkoop (korting, levering, gratis krediet, getrouwheidskaart)Winkel op ordelijk en net houden. Rekken aanvullen. Heb je interesse in de bakkerij of beenhouwerij? Het positioneren en uitpakken van binnenkomende zendingen.Competent gebruik van handscanners.Zorgvuldig plaatsen van de juiste items in de daarvoor bestemde gangen.
