For one of our clients, located in Brussels, we are looking for a Cyber Security / Systems Security Engineer. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing and maintaining system-level security controls across Windows and Linux environmentsEnsuring continuous vulnerability management and patch managementDefining, enforcing, and maintaining security policies related to networks, firewalls, endpoints, and cloud environmentsCollaborating with internal security teams to enhance detection capabilitiesEvaluating, testing, and recommending security tools and improvementsPerforming system hardening and configuration management in line with compliance standardsWorking closely with IT and operations teams to ensure system stability during security deploymentsCreating, maintaining, and updating operational documentation in line with regulatory requirements, including NIS2Supporting security audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate technical inputParticipating in incident management and change management processes to ensure secure implementations
