Wat moet je doen?

Je verzamelt alle transportopdrachten en de nodige informatie om de opdracht te kunnen uitvoeren
Transport/routeplanning maken voor de chauffeurs
Aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij alle mogelijke problemen
Je zorgt dat de chauffeurs alle nodige documenten hebben om de opdracht te kunnen afhandelen
Klanten informeren over de voortgang van transportopdracht
Bij eventuele problemen zoek je samen met de klant naar oplossingen
