Nous recherchons des profils : Tisserand.

La mission ?

Le tisserand exerce un métier de création ;
Il peut réaliser des tissus pour les tapis ;
Il crée d'abord le patron sur lequel il se basera pour créer sa pièce ;
Il choisit les fibres, les laines et les couleurs ;
Il tisse les différentes pièces du modèle ;
Il réalise également les finitions (bordures, coutures, ourlets, etc.) et a le souci de la qualité du produit fini ;
Il maîtrise les différentes techniques de tissage et connaît l'emplacement et la fonction de chaque fil dans le métier à tisser ;

Profile

Le profil ?

Habilités manuelles ;
Capacité à utiliser les différentes techniques de tissage (manuelle et informatisée) ;
Connaissance des différentes matières premières et de leurs composantes ;
Gestion des stocks de matières premières ;
Planification et organisation de son travail ;
