Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Met een lach op je gezicht ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de werknemers, (=gespecialiseerde teams binnen de bouw VB. riolering, leidingtechniek, ... )
Mailing, telefonie + coördinatie service orders (machines, herstellingen, ...)
Ondersteuning dispatch
Orders verwerken: zorg voor een tijdige en juiste afhandeling van alle binnenkomende materialen
Organiseer en structureer de bestellingen/voorraadbeheer zodat magazijniers snel en effectief te werk kunnen gaan.
Planning van uitleveringen: stel een realistische planning op voor het uitleveren van materieel, rekening houdend met besteldatum en beschikbare middelen
+ 1 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijk pakket (dispatch, project support, ...)
Je bent vlot, communicatief
Je staat sterk in je schoenen
Je bent collegiaal, punctueel en gestructureerd.
Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
Deadlines, problem solving? Dit schrikt je niet af. Je schakelt moeiteloos.
