Vivaldis Office zoekt.... Technisch administratieve allrounder/ ordermanagement (bouw)
- Waar moet je zijn? Hoogstraten.
- Specialisatie: Bouw, afwerking, technische productie
Wat moet je doen?
- Opvolgen van projecten, productie orders + verwerking bestellingen/ orders A-Z
- Contactpersoon voor de klant doorheen het proces + advies (bestelling tot levering en facturatie)
- Productie opvolging: Zorgen voor de juiste materialen, grondstoffen, keuring machines, gereedschappen, PBM's, ...
- Interpreteren technische plannen, verwerking in ERP
Profile
- Je bent naast administratief ook commercieel ingesteld.
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels + mooie basis Frans
- Je kan nauwkeurig en punctueel werken, zowel in team als zelfstandig.
- Bachelor denkniveau
- Technisch inzicht/ ervaring en kennis Autocad, calculatie is een sterke troef
