Telefonie en mailverkeer;
Offertes en orderbevestigingen ingeven;
Prijsaanvragen doen;
Bestellingen plaatsen;
Werkbonnen opmaken.

Planning maken
Profile
Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma én hebt een eerdere werkervaring in de administratieve sector;
Je hebt affiniteit met de HVAC sector / technisch inzicht
Je bent een sociaal persoon waarbij 'teamplayer' your middle name is;
Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd handelen typeren jou;
Je voelt je ten alle tijde verantwoordelijk voor de job;
Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands. Ook kan je verder goed behelpen in het Engels én Frans.
