Vous êtes ÉLECTROMÉCANICIEN H/F – Référent Technique & Supervision d'Équipe dans le Région de Tournai
Vivaldis Technics☀️ , votre partenaire en recrutement spécialisé, recherche pour une société industrielle renommée de la région de Tournai un Électromécanicien expérimenté (H/F) prêt à assumer une fonction clé alliant expertise technique et responsabilités d'encadrement.
Votre Mission :
- Garantir l’Excellence Opérationnelle et la Performance des Installations
- Sous la responsabilité directe du Chef de Service, vous êtes le pivot technique et organisationnel assurant la fiabilité et la performance continue d'un ensemble d'installations stratégiques.
Profile
Vos Responsabilités Principales et Défis Quotidiens :
- Gestion Stratégique des Équipements : Vous assurez la gestion complète des installations et, eu égard aux contraintes techniques et environnementales, vous déterminez la ligne de conduite et les modes d'exploitation optimaux des équipements.
- Maintenance et Fiabilité : Vous êtes le garant de la bonne marche des installations, prenant en charge la planification et l’exécution des entretiens préventifs, ainsi que les dépannages rapides et efficaces en cas d'urgence.
- Encadrement d'Équipe : Vous supervisez et coordonnez les activités d’une petite équipe technique, veillant à la bonne exécution des tâches et au développement des compétences.
- Amélioration Continue : Vous jouez un rôle proactif dans l'évolution de nos outils. Vous remontez les informations issues de votre expérience de terrain auprès du Directeur des Centres d'Exploitation pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue des équipements et des processus.
- Rapport et Traçabilité : Vous assurez la rédaction rigoureuse des rapports d'exploitation et de tous les documents de suivi nécessaires à la traçabilité des interventions.
- Sécurité : Vous êtes le garant du respect des normes : vous appliquez et faites appliquer scrupuleusement les consignes et procédures de sécurité au sein de votre zone d’intervention.
