✨ Votre Mission : Le Cœur de la Production
En tant que Technicien de Maintenance, vous êtes le pilier de la fiabilité de nos équipements. Sous la supervision du Responsable Maintenance, vos tâches principales incluent :
- Maintenance Préventive et Curative : Assurer le bon fonctionnement des machines de production (fours, mélangeurs, lignes de conditionnement, systèmes de refroidissement, etc.).
- Diagnostiquer et Réparer : Intervenir rapidement et efficacement en cas de panne, identifier la cause et réaliser les réparations mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et/ou hydrauliques nécessaires.
- Amélioration Continue : Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser les performances des équipements et réduire les arrêts de production.
- Sécurité et Qualité : Veiller au respect strict des normes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité (HACCP) propres au secteur alimentaire.
- Documentation : Remplir les rapports d'intervention et mettre à jour les fiches techniques.
Profile
🛠️ Votre Profil : Compétences et Expertise
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique (A2, Bachelier) en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle, ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (min. 2-3 ans) en maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou un environnement de production rapide.
- Vous maîtrisez les bases en électricité, mécanique, pneumatique et automatisme.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre sens de l'initiative et votre capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
- Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe avec un bon sens de la communication.
