Hou je van technologie en klanten helpen? In deze bruisende callcenter-omgeving ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor consumenten die vragen hebben over onze gadgets.

Je geeft klanten helder en vriendelijk advies via telefoon en e-mail
Je beantwoordt vragen snel en professioneel, met duidelijke oplossingen
Je onderzoekt technische problemen en legt die begrijpelijk uit 🔧
Je werkt zelfstandig, maar deelt ook graag je kennis met het team
Je signaleert terugkerende issues en koppelt die terug aan het management
Je volgt procedures nauwgezet en rapporteert correct in onze systemen 📊
Je springt bij tijdens marketingacties en events wanneer nodig

Profile

Jouw profiel 🎯

Je hebt ervaring in klantendienst of technische support (calls of e-mails)
Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt 🗣️
Je hebt sterke computervaardigheden (MS Office, CRM, eventueel Mac) 💻
Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, afgestemd op elk klantenniveau
Je hebt interesse in technologie, gadgets of outdoor/fitness 🧭
Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig
Ervaring met consumentenelektronica? Dan scoor je extra punten! ✅
