Onze klant te Gent is een specialist op vlak van gevogelte en vlees, ze doen er verschillende bereidingen en versnijden voor kleinhandel en horeca.

Ben jij de nieuwe collega slager die zij zoeken?

Als Slager/Beenhouwer bij Fiers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig snijden en
voorbereiden van biefstukken en filet pur volgens de specificaties van onze klanten.
Je zult werken in een dynamische omgeving waar precisie en vakmanschap van het grootste belang zijn.
Je zult samenwerken met ons ervaren team om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten altijd de beste kwaliteit vlees ontvangen.

Profile

Je profiel als slager:

Nauwkeurig snijden en voorbereiden van biefstukken en filet pur op maat.
Zorgen voor een consistente en hoogwaardige productkwaliteit.
Inachtneming van voedselveiligheidsnormen en hygiënevoorschriften.
Samenwerken met collega's en leidinggevenden om de productie-efficiëntie te optimaliseren.
Klantverzoeken en -specificaties opvolgen en hieraan voldoen.
Het onderhoud van de apparatuur en werkruimte waarborgen.
