Je zal instaan voor algemene administratie
Afspraken met klanten opvolgen
Planning opmaken atelier
Opvolgen planning werkplaats
Werkorders opvolgen en klasseren
Klanten dossiers opvolgen
En nog zoveel meer....

Profile

Je hebt een administratieve ervaring
Je hebt kennis van personen wagens en of bestelwagens
Je kan zeer vlot overweg met de algemene en courante computer programma's
Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans
Je hebt commercieel inzicht en bent dan ook commercieel ingesteld
Je kan zeer goed in team werken
Je bent correct en vlot in de omgang
Je past een correcte communicatiestijl toe
Je bent in het bezit van een stevige dosis communicatieve skills
Je staat open om ook in het weekend te werken
