Function
Afin de soutenir le développement d'une référence de la sous-traitance industrielle, partenaire privilégié des secteurs aéronautique et médical, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien Méthodes - Programmeur CAO/FAO (H/F).
Au sein du bureau d'études et méthodes, vous faites le lien entre la modélisation informatique et la réalisation en atelier :
- Programmation & Trajectoires : Générer et optimiser les parcours d'outils pour des machines-outils multi-axes (fraisage et tournage sous commandes Siemens et Mazak).
- Outillages & Procédés : Exploiter les données CAO 3D pour concevoir les dispositifs de maintien de pièces et optimiser les temps de cycle.
- Simulation & Sécurité : Réaliser les vérifications virtuelles sur logiciel dédié afin d'approuver les stratégies d'usinage et d'éviter les risques d'interférences sur machine.
Profile
- Formation & Parcours : Titulaire d'un diplôme en génie mécanique ou productique (Bachelier/Master) ou bénéficiant d'un parcours équivalent validé par une expérience terrain en programmation.
- Savoir-faire : Connaissance éprouvée des solutions FAO et pratique des langages de commande numérique (Siemens, Mazatrol, code ISO).
- Atouts personnels : Sens de l'analyse, rigueur, autonomie et très bonne vision spatiale.
- Langues : Maîtrise opérationnelle du français ou de l'allemand, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
