Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team en stuurt hen aan (planning, coördinatie, toezien op efficiëntie en kwaliteit) Je bent de motor van de betonafdeling (bewaken kwaliteit, facturatie, planning onderhoud/keuring machinepark, KPI/analyse resultaten, ...)Waarborgen BENOR- norm, regelgeving Algemene administratie/werkvoorbereiding: Offertes opmaken/opvolgen/verwerken, klanten dossiers voorbereiden, interpreteren lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdossiers, technische plannen lezen/interpreteren, facturatie, orders voor productie opvolgen, ...Meedenken aan verbeteringen + motiveren team
