En tant qu’Ingénieur Process, vous veillez au bon fonctionnement des installations de production et à l’optimisation des procédés industriels. Véritable relais entre le terrain et le management, vous accompagnez les équipes de production et contribuez aux projets techniques, tout en intégrant les exigences Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.
Vos responsabilités
Suivre et analyser les paramètres de production afin d’assurer la stabilité et la performance des procédés.Identifier les écarts et proposer des améliorations (énergie, émissions, fiabilité).Développer et suivre les KPI, rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures.Apporter un support technique aux équipes de production et participer aux redémarrages d’installations.Former les opérateurs aux bonnes pratiques et assurer une présence terrain régulière.Participer aux projets de maintenance et d’investissement ainsi qu’aux essais industriels.Garantir le respect des normes QSE et assurer un reporting clair en français et en anglais.
