Function
Als Ploegbaas Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team bij infrastructurele projecten in Vlaanderen.
Je werkt voornamelijk op locaties in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en bent betrokken bij projecten zoals tunnels en bruggen.
Je zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkplaats.
Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de opdrachtgever en coördineer je de dagelijkse activiteiten.
Profile
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Diepgaande kennis van elektriciteit en elektrische installaties.
Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om op verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen te werken.
Ervaring met buitenwerk en bereidheid tot wachtdiensten.
Goede organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
Proactieve en probleemoplossende instelling.
