Vacature: Ploegbaas in Brecht👷♂️👷♀️
Als ploegbaas sta je in voor een veelzijdig pakket van taken. Zo ga je steeds nauw in overleg met projectleiders en je eigen team. Daarnaast neem je deel aan werfvergaderingen, breng je verbeteringen aan in kader van duurzaamheid én waak je over de veiligheid op en naast de werf. Belangrijk hierbij is dat je steeds jouw team van gemotiveerde techniekers zo efficiënt mogelijk aanstuurt.

👀 Wie zoeken we?
- Je kan planlezen, zowel elektrische schema's als grondplannen 📑
- Kennis van elektrische installatie ⚡️
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Als ploegbaas sta je in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie op de werf en dit vanaf het begin tot oplevering 🏗️🔧
- Als aanspreekpunt stuur je een team van +/- 3 tot 5 elektriciens aan 🛠️
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B 🚗
- Veiligheid is je topprioriteit 🦺
