Tijdens het werfoverleg is jouw stem van goudwaarde.Aansturen met kennis van zaken: Met jouw expertise stuur je je ploeg aan. Je weet precies wie waar moet staan en hoe de klus geklaard wordt.Handen uit de mouwen: Je coördineert niet alleen, je werkt ook actief mee! Rioleringen en funderingen uitgraven, ankers steken en afstellen, traditionele of systeembekistingen plaatsen... jij draait er je hand niet voor om.Veiligheid eerst, altijd: Jij bent de arend die over de werf waakt. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen de veiligheidsvoorschriften tot op de letter volgt en dat de juiste PBM's en materialen voorhanden zijn. Veiligheid is geen checklist, maar een mentaliteit!
