Function
Pour un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien pisciniste (h/f/x)
Vos tâches seront les suivantes:
Maintenance régulière des piscines (nettoyage, contrôle de l'eau...)
Réparations diverses
Installation et maintenance des équipements associés (pompes, systèmes de filtration, chauffage, etc)
Diagnostic de pannes et proposition de solutions adaptées
Profile
Une première expérience en tant que technicien pisciniste est un réel atout mais pas obligatoire, ils peuvent former sur place.
Connaissances en électricité, chauffage, hydraulique,...
Capacité de travailler en autonomie ou en équipe
Etre débrouillard et autonome

Un salaire basé sur la CP 124 minimum 18,191 euros brut de l'heure à 21,892 euros en fonction de l'expérience,
Un horaire temps plein du lundi au vendredi,

Voor een bedrijf gelegen te Kampenhout zijn we op zoek naar een Handlanger Bouw/Isolatie.
Je zal mee instaan voor het plaatsen van isolatiemortels (vergelijkbaar met chapewerken).Je zal verschillende technieken gebruiken.Je word een kei in de isolatiewereld.Laden en lossen en de werf proper achterlaten behoort ook tot je takenpakket.Voornamelijk renovatiewerken af en toe nieuwbouw.

Voor een bedrijf te Tienen zijn we op zoek naar een handlanger afbraakwerken.
Je zal instaan voor de voorbereiding van afbraakwerken met de hand (strippen van woningen, breekwerken, ...)Je werkt in dagdienst op verschillende werven.

Renovatie Arbeider (badkamers) - BOUW - Regio Tienen

Hou jij van het renoveren van badkamers? Hou je ervan om ook je expertise en ervaring hierin te delen met andere collega's?
Kennen badkamers geen geheimen voor je qua renovatie en installatie? Dan zouden we je graag leren kennen!

Tot je takenpakket zal behoren:
Afbraakwerken, plaatsen van sanitaire voorzieningen (douches, wc's, lavabo's, ...), vloer- en tegelwerken, gyprocwanden afwerken, badkamermeubilair plaatsen, .... Het aansturen van je collega's op de werf en hulp bieden waar nodig.
De werven waar je tewerk gesteld wordt liggen ook in de buurt van Tienen (half uurtje in de omtrek).
