Function
Voor een klant van ons in Sint-Truiden zijn we op zoek naar een metaalarbeider om de plooibank te bedienen
Je gaat verschillende stukken metaal bewerken
Aan de hand van plooitekeningen dien je metaal op maat met de hand plooien
Dit doe je aan de hand van bepaalde programma's
Je wijzigt parameters indien nodig
Bij een nieuwe order dien je de nodige tools te veranderen
Je doet ook kwaliteitscontrole
Bij problemen denk je mee naar oplossingen
Profile
Je volgde een opleiding van metaalarbeider of cnc gestuurde werktuigmachines
Je hebt kennis van meettechnieken
Je spreekt goed Nederlands
Je hebt ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen
Je werkt nauwkeurig
Je werkt veilig
Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
What can we offer you?
Het betreft een voltijdse job in 2 ploegen van 40u per week, opleiding in dagdienst
Na een geslaagde interimperiode , maak je kans op een vast contract

En binôme, vous serez charger de cisailler et plier des pièces métalliques en fonction des commandes en cours.
Vous êtes également amenés à cotoyer les clients qui viennent enlever leurs commandes.
Commandes machines LVD / Soudures sont des atouts non négligeables.

Vos tâches :
Vous êtes responsable de l'utilisation de la plieuse numérique pour gouttières et accessoires.Vous préparez les commandes en agence avec vos collègues.Vos collègues peuvent avoir besoin d'aide pour charger et décharger les camions.Ayant le sens du détail, vous êtes responsable du contrôle et de l'entreposage des matériaux.

Utiliser une plieuse numérique pour la fabrication de gouttières et d’accessoires.Préparer les commandes en collaboration avec vos collègues.Participer au chargement et déchargement des camions.Contrôler la qualité des matériaux et gérer leur stockage avec rigueur.
