Function
Nous recherchons un/e mécanicien/ne industriel en équipe de jour.
Vous interviendrez sur le terrain pour l'entretien et le dépannage de machines de production.
Vos tâches :
- Dans le cadre d’interventions, évaluer l’état des composants, détecter les risques de dysfonctionnement et y remédier (usure, casse ou déréglage)
- Réaliser les interventions préventives sur les outillages et remplacement de couteaux (travail physique - mécanique lourde)
- En cas de pannes avoir une approche méthodique faisant appel à la connaissance du process permettant un diagnostic sûr et rapide
- Prise en compte des interventions sur GMAO
- Réparation et entretien engins (bull / grue / chariot élévateur)
- Proposer des améliorations en cas de pannes graves ou répétitives et en cas de défaut liés à la sécurité
Profile
- A2, bac professionnel en mécanique ou justifiant d’une expérience équivalente.
- Expérience de 3 années minimum
- Mécanique : mécanique générale, montage classique de roulements, ajustements de pièces (accouplements sur arbres),
- La connaissance en soudure est un atout : arc, semi-auto, utilisation chalumeau et découpe plasma
- Hydraulique / pneumatique : connaissances de base, vérins, pompe, matériels raccords Etc..
- Attentif et observateur, savoir utiliser ses 5 sens dans le but de détecter des aléas
- Être capable de rapporter sur son activité et / ou les travaux à prévoir
- Être autonome, motivé, dynamique, esprit d’équipe
- Être organisé, méthodique, travailler avec ordre et propreté
- Être capable de prendre le lead d’une équipe lors d’une intervention
- Précis et soucieux de la qualité et de la sécurité
- Vous êtes flexible afin d'assurer une permanence 24h/24, 1 semaine/10.
