As a Melting Furnace Operator, you play a crucial role in the melting process. You ensure a smooth supply of raw materials and guarantee high levels of quality and safety.
- You accurately weigh the prescribed quantities of raw materials and load them into the melting furnace.
- You follow the production schedule and program the production sequences for optimal productivity.
- You work according to the standard operating procedures and the instructions of the shift leader.
- You participate in 5S and problem-solving events to optimize the process.
- You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area.
- If necessary, you operate related equipment such as a bulldozer, forklift, and power tools.
Profile
Your profile;
- You have industrial experience.
- You are able to work well both independently and as part of a team, even under time pressure.
- You have strong mechanical skills and are comfortable using hand tools. Basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers is a plus.
- You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work.
- You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
- Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures.
- You speak perfect English or French

Als inpakoperator zal dit jouw taak zijn:
Eerst en vooral krijg je een specifieke opleiding on the job. Er zijn verschillende machines, dus het zal even duren eer je ze allemaal kent en kan bedienen. Je stelt de inpakmachines in per product en zorgt voor kwalitatieve controles tijdens dat de lijn werkt zodat er een correct afgewerkt product uit de lijn komt.Ombouwen en aanpassen van de machines doorheen het proces.Bijkomende taken in de productie neem je er graag bij.

Voor een bedrijf te Kruisem gespecialiseerd in het recycleren van industrieel metaalafval, zijn wij op zoek naar een operator met heftruckervaring.
Jouw takenpakket als operator:
Je komt terecht in een heel risicovolle werkomgeving, dus je geniet een intensieve opleiding on the job;Je staat in voor het instellen van verschillende productiemachines, waarbij je bij storing of alarm, een eerste diagnose kan stellen;Je beheert en bewaakt het productieproces van begin tot einde;Coderen van de inkomende en uitgaande producten;Je draagt actief jouw steentje bij de geldende 5S regels en draagt bij voor de orde en netheid binnen jouw werk;Besturen van de heftruck (je rijdt hier dagelijks mee)Na opleiding van de machines, kan je deze voorzien van een basisonderhoud.
