Wat ga je doen?
- Aankoopfacturen inboekt en onkosten controleert.
- Banken afstemt en betalingen voorbereidt.
- Dossiers en documenten beheert.
- Verkoopfacturen opmaakt en kritisch nakijkt.
- Klanten en leveranciers te woord staat over facturatie.
- Debiteurenopvolging Opvolging- en input kosten in ERP-pakket
- pvolging projecten qua status met diverse projectleiders en/of afdelingen
Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Een diploma in administratie en boekhouding.
- Kennis van MS Office (Excel & Word). Ervaring met Exact Online? Groot Pluspunt!
- Flexibiliteit om te werken in de regio van Roeselare.
- Nederlands is een must, met kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
- Je bent een echt organisatietalent in het bepalen van prioriteiten
- Daarnaast ben je ook voldoende assertief om in dialoog te gaan met diverse afdelingen/ collega's omtrent facturatie, administratie...
