Als Monteur Mechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel demontage als montage.
Je taken omvatten onder andere:
Uitvoeren van demontage- en montagewerkzaamheden van diverse mechanische componenten zoals tandwielkasten, motorreductoren en remmen, zowel in de werkplaats als op locatie.Nauwkeurig controleren van onderdelen op schade of slijtage en waar nodig documenteren, inclusief het maken van foto’s voor het dossier.Analyseren van mogelijke oorzaken van slijtage of defecten en wanneer nodig communiceren met de calculator over prijsimpact.Montage van extra componenten en aandrijvingen met precisie, inclusief het controleren van smering en ontluchting.Bijdragen aan een veilige en nette werkomgeving en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
