Voici ce qui est attendu dans le cadre de cette fonction :
Analyses, diagnostics et interventions sur les pannes complexes des véhicules. 🔍
Prise en charge des réparations mécaniques, électriques et électroniques en respectant les plans d’entretien.
Attention particulière demandées lors des interventions réalisées (montage-démontage, dépannage et maintenance).
Explications claires et précises aux collègues du SAV (par rapport au travail réalisé).
Disponibilité pour les questions de vos collègues (atelier et SAV).
Travail en équipe et échanges réguliers sur les procédures de travail (objectif : amélioration continue).
Ordre et propreté : c'est la base (garage + votre propre espace de travail). 🧹🧽
Profile
Profil recherché 🕵️
Vous êtes mécanicien / diagnosticien de formation.
Vous êtes passionné par la mécanique automobile et avez les compétences techniques requises.
Vous avez également d’excellentes compétences dans les domaines électriques et électroniques.
Vous pouvez justifier une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans un atelier mécanique.
OK pour un profil junior : si vous avez au minimum 5 années d'expérience en atelier (stage, apprentissage).
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de réflexion et vous êtes réactif.
Vous êtes organisé, méthodique et pouvez travailler en totaleautonomie (dans la mécanique d'entretien).
Vous êtes sérieux et fiable.
Vous communiquez et collaborez efficacement en équipe.
Vous souhaitez rester au courant des évolutions technologiques et êtes disposé à suivre le parcours de formation lié à la marque.
