👷♂️💼Sales Manager en CONSTRUCTION 👷♂️💼
Le/La Sales Manager est responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation des performances de l'équipe de vente en Wallonie.
- Soutenir les représentants pour la région Wallonne
- Recueillir et compiler les informations utiles et partager les ‘meilleures pratiques’ avec vos collègues
- Inspirer et motiver les représentants par votre enthousiasme, votre attitude, votre leadership et vos compétences commerciales
- Suivre les clients existants (farming) et développer des nouveaux clients (hunting) pour votre propre partie de la région
- Répondre aux demandes de prix/projets des clients et des prospects tout en restant attentif aux marges
- Collaborer avec les collègues du service commercial interne
- Continuer à vous informer des tendances par rapport aux prix du marché et produits
- Analyser et rapporter les chiffres à la direction afin de mettre en place des actions et des améliorations tout en soutenant notre vision et stratégie
Profile
- Une expérience de plusieurs années en tant que représentant et responsable d’une équipe commerciale est indispensable
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance du marché et du secteur de la construction
- Créer une chouette ambiance et une atmosphère positive et constructive vous donne de l’énergie
- Vous êtes communicatif, orienté client, résultats et solutions
- Vous prenez des initiatives et vous savez prendre des décisions difficiles si nécessaire
- Votre attitude, manière de travailler et personnalité sont une inspiration pour vos collègues
- Vous êtes capable d'interpréter des données de manière analytique afin de soutenir et d'ajuster les décisions professionnelles selon les situations
- Un master en économie est une valeur ajoutée
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français, des connaissances en néerlandais sont un atout
