For our client in Meer, we are looking for a Production Supervisor.

• As a production supervisor, you will lead a team of 40 cutters. You monitor and manage the cutting line, detect errors, and address them in a coaching and constructive manner. In doing so, you ensure quality, speed, hygiene, safety, and other production goals are consistently met.
• You ensure that production runs in a structured and efficient way and that new employees are properly guided and onboarded.
• You lead by example and take an active role in planning, training new employees, and maintaining overall team performance.

• You have experience in a leadership role in a large livestock slaughterhouse
• You have excellent communication skills in English or Dutch
• You are a diplomatic coach who can earn the trust and respect of the team
• You are flexible with working hours, highly responsible, a true team player, and not afraid to take initiative and lead by example
