Voor onze klant te Genk, actief in de productie van blikjes zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitscontroleur in 2 posten.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
Stalen halen in productie, in labo testen doen;
Visuele testen (controle van de blikken, print);
Mechanische testen (gesofisticeerde toestellen;
GEEN scheikundige testen;
Kalibreren: nul punt instellen;
Zoutoplossing, inschuiven, vergelijken met specificaties en in computer ingeven.
Profile
Je hebt achtergrond of ervaring in kwaliteit;
Je kan meedenken met het productieproces en nauwkeurig werken
Je hebt een goede kennis NL en ENG;
Je werkt in 2 posten.

Vous effectuez des contrôles préventifs à chaque étape, depuis le début de la ligne de production jusqu’à l’emballage final.
Missions principales :
Vérification des matières premières, produits intermédiaires et produits finis selon les spécifications.Utilisation d'outils de contrôle de qualité (calibres, micromètres, appareils de mesure, etc.).Réalisation des tests et des inspections selon les procédures établies.Rédaction des rapports de contrôle et suivi des non-conformités.Gestion des échantillons et préparation des analyses.Respecter et appliquer les consignes de sécurité, d’hygiène et de qualité.Signaler toute anomalie ou non-conformité à votre responsable et à vos collègues.

En tant que contrôleur qualité, vous êtes chargé :
De réceptionner les matières 1ères et de contrôler leur qualité avant l'envoi en production.Collecter des échantillons à différents moments de la production afin de les analyser.En fonction des résultats, tu dois en informé ton responsable ainsi que les opérateurs en charge de la production afin qu'ils puissent prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaires. D'effectuer diverses analyses qualité telles que : PH, couleur, texture, goût, ..Documenter l'ensemble des résultats d'analyses.
