Function
Wat houdt je takenpakket in? Als kaasmaker zal je instaan voor:
- De ontvangst van melk.
- De opvolging van de kaasbereiding.
- De toevoeging van ingrediënten.
- Het afvullen in kaasvormen
- Het reinigen van de installaties.
Profile
- Je bent autonoom en leergierig ingesteld.
- Je hebt interesse voor voedingsproductie.
- Hygiëne en kwaliteit zijn heel belangrijk.
- Ervaring is geen must, wel een pluspunt.
- Je bent een teamplayer en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent bereid om te werken in de vaste avond-/nachtploeg.
