Vivaldis Office zoekt: Aankoop - supply chain specialist! (aankopen voor de hele groep!)

Takenpakket:
Samen met je twee naaste collega's sta je in voor beheer en verwerking van alle aankopen die binnen de firma/groep gebeuren (grondstoffen, machines, ...)
Met een lach sta je de klant en leveranciers te woord (offertes, stock-voorraadbeheer, bestellingen plaatsen/opvolgen/verwerken), administratieve verwerking goederenontvangst, ordermanagement, ...
Hierbij sta je nauw in contact met je collega's VB. calculatie, productiemanager, ...
Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie niet stil valt, aangezien jij zorgt voor de juiste materialen
Bij eventuele onderhandelingen met leveranciers sta je sterk in je schoenen, want jij wil natuurlijk DE beste prijs. Hierbij houdt je rekening met het aankoopbudget/prijslijsten, ...
+1 jaar ervaring richting aankoop, supply chain, purchase,...
Je bent zeer vlot met de computer en kan werken met MS Office pakket/ERP
Je bent administratief sterk
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
Deadlines schrikken je niet af
