Function
Vivaldis Tournai recherche un gestionnaire approvisionnement (H,F,X)
Sa mission et son rôle :
Passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs en respectant les délais et les quantités définis dans le planning
Assurer suivi des livraisons, gerer les retards ou anomalies
Mettre à jour les données dans les outils de gestion de stocks
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour anticiper les besoins et gerer les priorités
Contribuer à l'optimisation des couts
Entretenir une relation avec les fournisseurs
Analyser les litiges
Encoder les prévisions en approvisionnement
Suivre et exploiter les rapports d'analyse
Profile
Niveau master ou Bac+3
L'anglais obligatoire, le néerlandais est plus
Formation logistique ou gestion d'approvisionnement
maîtrise d’Excel et des outils bureautiques ainsi que microsoft Dynamics
Organisation et rigueur
Aisance relationnelle
Etre dynamique, positif et impliqué
