Als Technisch admin.- calculator- projectopvolging ben je verantwoordelijk/ondersteunend voor de prijsaanvragen/ analyse bouwdossier/ nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen
Je bekijkt deze kritisch, stelt eventuele alternatieven voor
Administratie: Voorbereiding bouwprojecten, prijsaanvragen/opstellen en bewaken offertes, kostcalculatie, vergelijken offertes van leveranciers/onderaannemers
Met een lach heb je veelvuldig contact met de verschillende partijen: klant, leveranciers, werf- projectleiding, aankoop ... (hierbij is een eventuele verplaatsing naar de werf noodzakelijk)
Je bent iemand die weet van aanpakken en een echte initiatiefnemer
