🗒 Hoe ziet je dag eruit als dossierbeheerder?
- Analyseren kredietdossiers VB. woonkrediet
- Aanspreekpunt mbt admin en finance
- Beheer administratieve proces tem notarisakte
- Opmaak contractuele documenten mbt kredietbeslissing
- Nauw contact met klant, kredietanalisten, makelaars, notarissen, ...
- Controle documenten, afwijkingen, risico's, ... rapporteren
Profile
Als Finance talent herken je jezelf in volgende punten:
- Je hebt een Bachelor in een economische , boekhoudkundige richting
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en kan nauwkeurig en snel werken.
- Je bent een teamplayer en je kan daarnaast ook perfect zelfstandig functioneren.
- Je hebt passie voor je job en je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers.
- Goede kennis MS Office, ERP en IT mindet
- Je staat graag dicht bij je klanten en leert graag bij op het vlak van finance
- Talenkennis: Ned/Eng
