Customer Service Representative - Polish

Are you customer-oriented, administratively organized, and do you speak fluent Polish alongside English or Dutch? For a growing international company in the region, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Polish. In this key role, you will be the primary liaison for Polish-speaking clients and business partners, ensuring flawless order processing and top-tier service quality.

As a Customer Service Representative, you manage the end-to-end customer experience and order handling:

• Customer Contact: You are the main point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, handling incoming queries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner.
• Order Processing: You register, process, and follow up on customer orders accurately within the ERP system from entry to delivery.
• Logistics & Planning: You coordinate closely with the internal logistics, production, and sales teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and clear communication.
• Problem Solving: You handle complaints or delivery issues proactively and find suitable, customer-friendly solutions.

Your profile;

• Languages: You have excellent language skills, speaking and writing fluent Polishcombined with a good command of English or Dutch.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or order administration is a strong asset.
• IT Skills: You work comfortably with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and learn new ERP/CRM systems quickly.
• Personal Attributes: You are customer-minded, stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
