Function
Als Customer Care Project Officer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en zorg je voor de planning en coördinatie van interventies en onderhoud. Daarnaast neem je het initiatief om inspecties aan bestaande installaties tijdig in te plannen en ondersteun je bij het selecteren van essentiële componenten zoals kritieke reserveonderdelen.
Profile
- Een hogere technische opleiding (Bachelor of Master) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Commerciële instelling je begrijpt de behoeften en verwachtingen van je klant
- Relevante proceskennis/ervaring is een plus
- Breed technische inzicht zowel praktisch als theoretisch, algemene interesse in procestechniek
- Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt
