Function
Je onthaalt de klanten en verwijst ze door naar de juiste persoon.
Je helpt en adviseert de klanten aan de balie in onze fysieke winkel.
Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en formuleert een duidelijk antwoord op zowel service- als productgerichte vragen.
Je neemt bestellingen op en maakt orders aan.
Je zet leveringen/afhalingen klaar.
Je controleert inkomende goederen.
Profile
Je bent een vlotte communicator.
Je bent vriendelijk en klantgericht.
Je beschikt over een snel inzicht en de instelling “wie zoekt die vindt!” past goed bij jou.
Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent stressbestendig.
Je hebt kennis van automechanica of een sterke affiniteit met de garagesector.
Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
