Tu sais répartir les tâches entre les différents ouvriers qui constituent ton équipe
Tu sais coffrer et participer activement à toutes les tâches des différentes étapes du chantier
Tu sais contrôler également la bonne qualité du travail accompli par ton équipe
Tu sais veiller à la bonne motivation de tes hommes
Tout au long des chantiers, tu sais être attentif/ve à la sécurité et au respect
Profile
Tu dois être:
Coffreur expérimenté et peux justifier d'une première expérience en tant que chef d'équipe
Dynamique, courageux/se et à une mentalité de leader
Orienté(e) en production et te soucies de la qualité du travail accompli
capable de travailler d'une manière autonome
Capable d'apprécier particulièrement le travail de terrain et est capable de rendre des comptes à tes responsables, ainsi que de prendre des décisions
