Function
Pour le compte de notre client, une institution hôtelière de référence bénéficiant d'une excellente notoriété auprès d'une clientèle locale et internationale, nous recrutons un(e) Chef de Rang / Serveur(se) expérimenté(e) désireux(se) d'intégrer une équipe chaleureuse et performante.
Vos missions
- Garantir la prise en charge des clients avec un service en salle fluide, élégant et attentionné.
- Piloter le déroulement de votre rang de manière autonome, de l'accueil jusqu'à l'encaissement.
- Orienter et conseiller les hôtes tout au long de leur repas pour maximiser leur satisfaction.
- Maintenir une transmission fluide des informations entre la salle et la brigade en cuisine.
- Participer au quotidien au maintien d'une atmosphère conviviale et haut de gamme.
Profile
- Parcours : Pratique réussie et significative du service en salle dans la restauration ou l'hôtellerie de qualité.
- Qualités relationnelles : Présentation irréprochable, enthousiasme, méthode, sens de l'accueil et bienveillance.
- Compétences : Excellente aisance relationnelle, travail en équipe et résistance au rythme soutenu du service.
- Langues : La connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais représente une valeur ajoutée appréciée.
