Nous cherchons un(e) Agent Call-center (H/F/X) pour rejoindre une société du secteur de la santé.
Ton job :
Accueil téléphonique : Tu seras l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des clients et patients, que ce soit par téléphone ou par mail
Infos : Tu réponds à toutes leurs questions et leur donnes des conseils précieux pour les aider à trouver la meilleure solution thérapeutique.
Conseils d’expert : Tu guides les patients dans l’utilisation de leurs appareils et accessoires de manière claire et rassurante.
Suivi aux petits oignons : Tu t’assures que chaque patient reçoit un suivi complet et personnalisé.
Gestion administrative au top : Tu gères les dossiers avec rigueur pour que tout roule sans accroc.
Service de garde (1x toutes les 6 semaines) : Tu es joignable par téléphone en cas de besoin, toujours prêt(e) à rendre service !

Ton profil :
Tu es parfaitement bilingue Néerlandais/Français
Tu acceptes de suivre une formation relative au secteur d'activité
Tu as à cœur de satisfaire tes clients et patients, et tu es toujours prêt(e) à leur fournir le meilleur service
Tu es organisé(e) et résistant(e) au stress
Tu es à l’écoute des autres et tu t'impliques pleinement dans chaque mission.
